Before accepting any quotes or booking any work please check out our full Terms & Conditions of Trade.

Quotes can generally be done from site and worked booked in time to suit your requirements.

Invoicing is done Via email upon completion (if possible) and payment is required upon completion also, unless prior arrangements have been made. Debit/Credit card options are available and same day bank transfers are accepted.

We will take and attach photos to your invoice where possible.

Residential Occupiers

Under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 you are a Residential Occupier if you occupy, or intend to occupy, the building that is the subject of this Construction Contract, wholly or mainly as a dwelling house. If you are a Residential occupier please read the following notice. Construction Contract Regulations 2003

Guarantee / Warrantee

We guarantee our labour for 15 years, if you are not entirely happy with the way a product has been installed we will come back free of charge and put it right.

There is a manufacturers guarantee on everything that we supply and install. If we have supplied the product we will follow through the steps to rectify any issues you have with the product or products.

Correct maintenance of your fixtures and fittings must be adhered to. Follow the instructions set out in your owners manuals to prevent any issues that could be prevented.
